View your Council Tax account

If you sign up for a My Torbay account you’ll be able to view:

• statements
• copies of your bills
• details of discounts 
• a list of future payments

To do this you must link your My Torbay account with your Council Tax account. Visit my.torbay.gov.uk to sign in to your account and follow these steps:

1. in the left-hand navigation click on 'my accounts and claims'
2. choose to link your Council Tax account
3. enter your title
4. your name will be prefilled from your My Torbay account profile
5. enter your Council Tax account number
6. click the next button

This will now link your Council Tax account to your My Torbay account. When logged in to your My Torbay account chose 'my accounts and claims' to view your account(s) at any time.
