Forgotten my password

To change your password, you will need to use the email address used to sign up for My Torbay.

Visit my.torbay.gov.uk to sign in to your account and follow these steps:

1. click the link 'Forgot your password?'
2. enter your email address and click 'send verification code'
3. a verification code will be sent to your email address
4. enter the verification code on the sign in page, click on ‘verify code'
5. click continue
6. enter your new password and then confirm your new password
7. click continue

Your password will have been changed and you will be taken to your My Torbay dashboard.
