Vaping
Some people find it easier to use vapes (e-cigarettes) to help them stop smoking completely. Vaping is less harmful than smoking as they provide nicotine without the tar and carbon monoxide found in cigarettes. However, vaping is not risk free and therefore it is not for children or young people.
More evidence about vapes is available from GOV.UK.
