Find out about proposed On Street Pay and Display Traffic Regulation Orders which are currently being consulted on.

Fraudulent PCN payment text messages and QR code scam

We are aware that people are getting fake text messages asking for penalty charge payments with a link. We will never ask for payments via text. Penalty charge notices are either placed on your vehicle or sent by post. If you get such a text, block the sender and report it to Action Fraud.

Also, fake QR codes have been found in some of our car parks. We don’t use QR codes for parking payments. You should only use our pay and display machines or the RingGo app. If you see any QR codes in our car parks, please call us at 01803 207695.

Traffic Regulation Orders (TROs) are made to control the flow of traffic and make sure that people park safely and conveniently. They can only be introduced following the appropriate legal process.
