We will be attending the UK’s Real Estate Investment & Infrastructure Forum (UKREiiF) for a second time this May.
Taking place between 21-23 May 2024, in Leeds, we will be joined by our Regeneration Partners, Willmott Dixon and Milligan who we successfully secured following our attendance at UKREiiF in 2023.
Together with Willmott Dixon and Milligan we will be speaking to UKREiiF delegates about our journey over the last 12-months to revitalise Torbay and create a long-term partnership for England’s Riviera.
Using a mix of public and private funds, plans are quickly progressing for the reimagination and repurposing of Torbay’s town centres. The plans include introducing new town centre living and improving public realm and connectivity across multiple sites.
The team attending UKREiiF through panel discussions, presentations, and their stand D52 in New Dock Hall will be telling the story of how we, Willmott Dixon and Milligan will work together to deliver a range of once in a generation schemes. In addition, we will be unveiling our plans for Torbay and showcasing the commercial investment opportunities available.
Torbay’s journey and opportunity programme can be seen and heard at the following sessions:
