We're hoping to reduce the cordon outside the scene of Thursday's fire and re-open one lane of Torbay Road to traffic later. We're assessing the safety of the area at the moment, so we'll let you know when a decision is made.

Both lanes of Torbay Road outside the scene of the fire are now open. The cordon has been moved to cover a smaller area following a safety assessment. It's less windy and there's less risk of flying debris. Thank you for your patience.
