Torbay will be observed outside Torquay Town Hall at 12 noon today in support of the victims of the Finsbury Park attack in London. The silence will be marked at all government buildings across the UK. Everyone is invited to attend.

The Union Flag at the Town Hall is flying at half-mast as a mark of respect. A book of condolence is also being prepared and will be available in the Town Hall reception this afternoon for anyone who would like to write a message.
