Family fun at Torre Abbey just got scary - on Monday 27, Wednesday 29 and Friday 31 October there will be Halloween activities for families and children of all ages at a great discounted price.

Are you brave enough to join us as we explore this fascinating house steeped in 817 years of history and accompanying ghost stories?

So many souls have lived, loved and died at Torre Abbey that there are many ghoulish stories associated with these historic buildings.

There is a choice of three family activities to choose from, all of which are included in the entrance fee. Activities include the ‘Eek-a-mouse’ Halloween trail for under 11s. Nine naughty Abbey mice, all dressed to kill for their Halloween fancy dress party, have hidden away. Following the trail you will be able to discover the mice near their favourite spooky work of art or a location connected with an Abbey ghost story. Each mouse carries a letter but once you find them, will you be able to work out what spooky word they spell out?

For older children and the young at heart, there is a Time Teen Travellers Trail. Follow the trail to explore the Abbey and unravel the threads of time though our cryptic clues with a chance of winning the time teen challenge.

You may want to turn your hand to some creepy crafts which include creating spider puppets, leaf crowns and sinister skeletal brass rubbings.

The Halloween special entry price includes entrance to the award winning Abbey and comes at the price of only £3.60 per child and £5 per accompany adults.
