We know things are getting more expensive, and we want to help you save money with the newMy Bayscheme. It's your ticket to saving money and enjoying great deals right where you live.

If you're 16 or older and live in Torbay, you can get a My Bay resident card, and eligible members can also apply for a My Bay parking permit at no extra cost.

Here's what you can look forward to:

  • Extra Parking Time: You can park longer and do more things in Torbay. With a My Bay permit, you pay for an hour or more and get an extra hour for free in Torbay Council's car parks. (Remember to check the rules first)
  • Free Toilet Visits: Say goodbye to searching for change for the public toilets. You can use the card to get into Torbay public toilets for free, up to 33 times. Just show your card, and you're in!
  • Local Discounts: Who doesn't love a good offer? With My Bay, you'll unlock special offers at local businesses and attractions, making every trip out even better.

Things to Remember:

  • You need to be 16 or older and live in Torbay to get this card. You'll need to show you really live in Torbay and have a driving licence and vehicle registration document for the parking permit.
  • There's a small fee of £10 to get the card and permit, and it's used to keep the My Bay scheme running. All fees are non-refundable.
  • If you lose your card or permit, it costs £5 to get a new one.
  • The parking permits cannot be used with other existing parking permits, 30 minutes and 24-hour tickets, on-street parking, pay-on-exit car parks, or payments made via the Ringo app. Maximum time limit in short-stay car parks still applies. Visit to find a car park
