Information about our Covenant and the support available to our Armed Forces Community
We remain committed to supporting our Armed Forces Community. This includes those serving or former serving, and their immediate family members.
In 2023 we re-signed the Armed Forces Covenant. We did this alongside Devon County Council. We wanted to reaffirm our commitment. The Covenant is a promise from us to support:
Torbay Council want to hear from members of the Armed Forces Community about their lives during or after service.
The Armed Forces Community includes servicemen, servicewomen, veterans and members of their families. A survey has been set up to allow the council to understand the challenges the community faces. The council will use responses to shape future support for the community in Torbay.
