Torbay ReDi Card

Find out about the new discount card for people living in Torbay.

There’s a new way for people who live in Torbay to save money with exclusive offers and discounts.

It’s called the Torbay Residents Discount Card – known as the Torbay ReDi card.

It’s only available to people aged 16 or over who live in the Bay.

The Torbay ReDi card will unlock a year of savings on:

  • parking
  • public toilets
  • offers from council-owned venues
  • offers from our business partners

We know the cost of living has risen dramatically in recent times.

The Torbay ReDi card is designed to help ease the pressure on household finances by saving you money.

At the same time you will be helping to give the local economy a boost.

Card holders will get a permit giving an extra hour of free parking when you pay for an hour or more at most of our car parks. (This offer is not available for 24-hour tickets, on-street parking, pay-on-exit or on the Ringo app).

The Torbay RedDi Card will also be pre-loaded with £6 worth of entry fees to public toilets across Torbay. Just swipe it at the entry card-readers.

We are busy recruiting more local companies to add to list of the offers and discounts. To avoid missing out, businesses should get in touch with our team by emailing ReDi@torbay.gov.uk.

The scheme will open to the public in September for you to sign up. There will be a one-off £5 fee to cover the cost of the card and set-up.

We'll post your Torbay ReDi Card and parking permit to you so you’ve got it when the scheme goes live on 1 January 2025.

The Torbay ReDi Card and permit will be valid for the whole year.
