Partnerships

We are committed to supporting local landlords and work closely with both the:

• National Residential Landlords Association (NRLA): the UK’s largest landlord association.
• South West Landlord Association (SWLA): a non-profit organisation supporting landlords in the Southwest region.

Training and accreditation

We work with our partners to offer training programs for landlords. These help landlords learn about their legal duties and how to manage properties well.

These programs are often free and give useful information about new laws and rules. By joining these courses, landlords can receive ongoing support from experts.

Topics can include:

• Workshops on managing properties and dealing with tenants.
• Courses on things like the new renters' rights bill, energy saving, health and safety, and handling difficult tenants.
