Monday to Thursday 8.30am to  5pm

Friday – 8.30am to 4pm

Report a repair by emailing us or contact a member of the housing management team.

Our partner agency Secure Force monitors out of hours emergency repairs. For an emergency repair which can't wait until the next working day, please call 01626 362424.

This number is for emergencies only. Secure Force will not attend issues that are not considered an emergency. For definitions of works considered emergency/urgent, see our repairs and maintenance policy.
