You will require your unique tenancy reference number so that your payment can be allocated to your rent account. If you do not have your unique tenancy reference number, please contact a member of the Housing Management team. Once your payment is received you will receive a receipt via email as well as a transaction number, which you should keep a copy of for your own records.
