How to register with Devon Home Choice
Torbay Council hold their own social housing stock. In 2023 the decision was made to dissolve our housing management company TorVista Homes, which was a subsidiary of Torbay Council. Our social housing stock is now under our management as of XXXXXXXXXX 2024.
To be eligible to apply for social housing through Torbay Council, households will be required to bid via the choice-based lettings scheme Devon Home Choice. To bid you will need to be registered with Devon Home Choice and have a verified housing need. If you are not already registered on Devon Home Choice you can register below
