Youth Homeless Prevention

Find out about the support provide to 16 and 17-year-olds who are at risk of homelessness or are homeless.

What is homelessness?

You are homeless if you have nowhere to stay and are living on the streets.

But you can be homeless even if you have a roof over your head.

You can also be homeless if you do not have rights or permission to stay where you are, or you live in unsuitable housing"

How can we support you?

If you think you are homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, please contact our Youth Homeless Prevention team or talk to a trusted adult who can help you reach us.

If it's safe, we will ask for your permission to contact your parents or carers to confirm your situation. We will then assess your situation and see what support you can get.
