If you are a care leaver with a connection to Torbay, you may be able to get help with housing. This will depend on your age and circumstances.
Most care leavers in Torbay should not need the help of the homeless service. Our Social Care team will have organised a planned move to independence.
We may offer you short-term supported housing to help you learn to live on your own. We will then help you to move to independent accommodation.
