We are a friendly and welcoming group that motivates and supports each other to get fit and improve our physical health and mental wellbeing. We achieve this by making the most of our local parks and open spaces with some very simple fitness kit, passionate volunteers and smiles on our faces.
Groups are fully inclusive. Everyone is welcome to come along and take part no matter what level of fitness you have. There is no expectation for you to be a superstar, just turn up and get moving.
Sessions are also held on Mondays.
