Management ensure that all assets are identified, fit for purpose, in good condition, used efficiently, held at the lowest cost and if applicable, they provide a good return on investment.

Project Management

We can provide project management services on capital projects ranging from simple guidance, which is free of charge, to full project management, which is on a cost recovery basis. We also administer the Consultants Framework Agreement providing design and surveying services to the authority.
