The Gambling Policy information page for Gambling Act 2005
The Council is required to review its gambling policy, known as the 'Statement of Principles', every three years. The Policy sets out the principles Torbay Council proposes to apply when exercising its functions under the Gambling Act 2005.
This is the Council’s fifth Statement of Principles since the introduction of the Act in 2007 and was approved by Council 9 December 2021.
The policy will have effect from 31 January 2022 to 30 January 2025.
