As a consequence of a consolidation application (reference CAS-224335-K2W1RB), in regards to the closure of Day Lewis plc currently at 56-52 Marina Quay, King Street, Brixham, Devon, TQ5 9TF; this pharmacy will be closed from 1 December 2023 and will be merged with Day Lewis plc, 52 Fore Street, Brixham, Devon, TQ5 8DZ.
The above application was considered by the Health and Wellbeing Board for Torbay and provided a representation to NHS England stating that in the Board’s opinion a gap would not be created by this consolidation application. NHS England’s South West Pharmaceutical Services Regulations Committee met on 5 October 2023 and granted permission for the consolidation to occur.
