Private Fostering

This report sets out the Torbays performance for the period 1st April 2015 until 31st March 2016 on Private Fostering. The report is based on the requirements set out in the National Minimum Standards (NMS) for Private Fostering 2005, the Children (Private Arrangements for Fostering) Regulations 2005 and examples of good practice from the Ofsted report published in January 2014, (“Private Fostering: better information, better understanding”).
