Additional conditions

We reserve the right to impose additional conditions when making a grant/assistance approval. These may include but are not restricted to:

1. a contribution to the cost of the assisted works by you
2. the right to nominate tenants to housing accommodation available for rent
3. housing accommodation being maintained in a good state of repair after completion of the assisted works
4. our right or our appointed agent to recover specialised equipment when it is no longer needed
