In April 2024, the Government asked all councils to prepare a Productivity Plan.
The Plan needs to explain what we have done in recent years, alongside our current plans, to transform the Council and our services. It should also identify the barriers preventing our progress which the Government can help to reduce or remove.
The Cabinet agreed our Productivity Plan at its meeting on 11 June 2024.
The Overview and Scrutiny Board considers the Council's performance report once a quarter. The Board will consider the next report at its meeting on 9 July 2024. We will publish the report here once it is ready.
