We are able to provide verification for overseas pensions.

You don't need an appointment we have a drop in service. These are held in the Torquay Town Hall reception on a Tuesday and Wednesday between 2.30pm and 4pm.

You must bring photo ID and proof of residency with you, even if we have verified your pension before. If it's a couple’s pension you must also bring this for your partner.

If you are not able to attend one of these drop in sessions it may be possible for you to obtain the required certification for your pension through other local professional agencies. Details of acceptable agencies will be available from your overseas pension provider.
