Connections Self Service Zones are available within the library buildings in Torquay, Paignton and Brixham. Opening days and hours are stated on the links below for each location.

You can submit all forms, information and evidence for the attention of all Torbay Council services quickly, conveniently and securely via our ‘submission of document envelopes’ and internal deposit box system at each Connections Self-Service zone.    We will return all original documents to you by post within a few days, after the respective department has received and copied the information to file.

You can make enquiries for all Torbay Council services via the self-service PC kiosks in all locations. In Torquay and Brixham, you can also make enquiries via the customer free phone.
