Overview

The donut plot shows how much carbon emissions need to be saved to achieve the net zero carbon target by 2030. It has 3 parts:

  • The amount of carbon emissions the Council has already saved since 2019.
  • How much the Council is estimated to save with this action plan.
  • How much more needs to be saved to meet the target.
