Early years covers the education and care of children from birth to five years of age. Early years is a time of rapid brain growth in all areas of development. We aim to support professionals with advice and training to promote providing high quality provision. We also wish to enable parents to access the type of childcare which suits all their family’s needs and with the funding to which they are entitled.
