We offer a Licensing Act 2003 pre-application advice service to help with the application process.

This service is only available by appointment and can be carried out face to face or electronically, whichever is best for you.
There is a non-refundable fee of £180 for up to two hours, including site visit and short report, identifying key issues.
Any pre-application advice you receive cannot prejudge the outcome of an application. Your application will be subject to a statutory consultation period and therefore we are unable to give any guarantees about the decision that will be made.
The pre-application advice service ends once an application is submitted.
If any representations are made the officer who gave the pre-application advice will not deal with your application.
After your appointment if you require more specific advice you should contact a specialist licensing consultant or solicitor.
