Find out more about parking for people with disabilities including how to apply.
If you have a blue badge it will help you to park close to your destination, either as a passenger or driver.
You can park with your badge in the following places in Torbay:
You must not cause an obstruction whether visually or physically when you park.
There is no free parking or extra time for blue badge holders in any of our car parks.
If you're a regular car park user you can apply for a disabled parking permit. The permit allows a Blue Badge holder to park for free in most of our car parks.
Some disabled bays have a time limit on the sign. You must display your time clock with your blue badge when you park in these bays.

You can ask for a new blue badge to replace one that’s been lost, stolen or damaged. You can ask for yourself or someone else.
If your badge is due to expire in less than 3 months, you need to reapply instead.
If you think someone is abusing or misusing a disabled parking badge then let us know.
Please let the Blue Badge Team know if you change your address or any other personal details.
