  • Services Covered: Community Clinical Dietitians provide support to people who live in their own homes and in care homes who are housebound and unable to attend clinic.  The main focus is on malnutrition, for example individuals who are at high nutritional risk (using Malnutrition Universal Screening Tool or MUST) due to poor food or fluid intake, unintentional weight loss etc.
