In order to deliver improved adult social care services for residents, Torbay has co-produced a vision with the community, voluntary and care sectors working in partnership with Torbay Council and South Devon and Torbay NHS Foundation Trust staff.
To meet the challenges and deliver the vision the local Adult Social Care Strategy, sets out the ambition, values, ways of working, outcomes, delivery and operating model. The Council will also be asked to consider including the Adult Social Care Strategy to the Council’s suite of Policy Framework documents thereby recognising the strategic significance of the Adult Social Care Strategy.
