Torbay Local Plan Update - Housing Growth Scenarios

 

 

Cabinet resolved on 17th November 2020 and 19th January 2021 to carry out a limited update of the Torbay Local Plan in respect of policies dealing with the supply of housing (Primarily Policies SS1, SS2, SS12 and SS13 and the Neighbourhood Plan “Strategic Development” policies). 

As part of the Local Plan Update a “Growth Options” Consultation was carried out by Torbay Council in January-February 2022.  This set out several potential growth options the results of which need to be reported to Members.

A report will set out options to consult on the Local Plan Update. The stages of Plan preparation are set out in the Local Planning Regulations (2012) as amended.
