Ongoing consultation and discussions with key stakeholders including the Parkfield User Group, staff and pupils attending the provision.

Consultees

Consultation and advice from Council Officers in developing the proposal including the Strategic Land Task Group.
Key Stakeholders as above.

Reason for inclusion in Forward Plan: To ensure the continued delivery of Council Service's to vulnerable young people To provide clarity and transparency to the lease arrangements

Key Risks: The Council's decision to relocate MTS is not fully realised putting resources and monies spent to date on implementation at risk Key service for vulnerable children will not have the security of a lease arrangement The Council loses the opportunity to ensure the long term sustainability of an asset; the service would take on the running and maintenance costs as the leaseholder
