Lease arrangements for the Medical Tuition Service & Burton Academy
In 2018 the Council approved the relocation of MTS to MyPlace and later supported the extension of Burton Academy. As these proposals are now being implemented it is necessary to agree the terms of the lease arrangements for the use of the buildings and land.
