Proposed 25 year Lease to Eat that Frog (ETF) of land at Parkfield
ETF is commissioned by the Local Authority to deliver key support services to some of the most vulnerable young people in the bay. The services need a long term base from which to establish itself and operate.
In addition, providing ETF with a 25 year lease enables the service
to access external grant funding. This
additional funding will subsidise its limited income and enable the
service to create new opportunities for local young people.
