Determination of Neighbourhood Plans
As approved by Council, each of the three
Neighbourhood Plans (Torquay, Paignton, and Brixham Peninsula) will
be put to referendum (expected May 2019). If more than half of
those voting at the referendum have voted in favour, considering
each plan separately, the Authority must make the respective
Plan(s) (adopt as part of the Development Plan) as soon as
reasonably practicable after the referendum is held.
