This is the Strategic Agreement with Torbay
and South Devon NHS Foundation Trust which provides health and care
on behalf of two commissioners - Torbay Council and South Devon and
Torbay Clinical Commissioning Group. The Agreement outlines the
outcomes which will be delivered within the financial envelope
agreed and, specifically for the Council, gives transparency to the
delivery of Adult Social Services on behalf of the Council.
