Local Transport Plan Implementation Document
Torbay Council currently has a joint Transport Strategy document with Devon County Council which runs to 2026. Every 5 years, Torbay individually produces a summary document explaining what transport projects we will implement over the coming 5 year period to meet the strategy, called an Implementation Plan. This document needs to be produced and will run from April 2016 to March 2021.

Consultation process
An initial consultation exercise to help gather ideas on what type of projects should be included in the document took place between16 November and 4 December 2015. The plan will be written based on this feedback, followed by a main consultation exercise during January and February 2016 once a framework of projects have been selected and detailed.
