Reason for inclusion in Forward Plan: As the Council changes how it delivers its services in light of expected reductions in funding, the Council needs to ensure effective consultation and communication with the community and our partner organisations. This document will provide a clear framework for how the council will undertake consultation, communication engagement activity.
