Reason for inclusion in Forward Plan: Government is devolving EU funding for 2014-20 to LEPs. The Heart of the South West LEP must create a strategy for spending this funding which supports its priorities. By endorsing the strategy we can ensure Torbay's priorities are recognised within this.
Key Risks: If the strategy is not endorsed there is a risk that Torbay's priorities will not be included.
