Full consultation will be undertaken with parents, staff, unions, Brixham Town Council and local early years and childcare providers.

Reason for inclusion in Forward Plan: The childcare market in Brixham becomes sustainable with a reduced financial subsidy being provided by the Local Authority.

Key Risks: Local Authority provision deemed not sustainable resulting in increased cost and continued budget pressures.
