Employment Appeal To consider documentation regarding an appeal in respect of employment and determine the appeal. Minutes: Members considered exempt documentation regarding an appeal in respect of employment. The appellant attended the hearing with a union representative. In accordance with the appeals procedure, the Committee heard representations from the employee at the meeting.
Resolved:
That the decision of the Executive Head of Safeguarding and Wellbeing be confirmed and the appeal be dismissed. |
