SEATING AREA FOR CANTINA, YOUNGS PARK, PAIGNTON, DEVON

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the Borough of Torbay intends to dispose of land by lease totaling approximately 944m² at Youngs Park, Goodrington, Paignton, Devon which consists or forms part of an open space.  The area of land intended to be leased is for identification purposes shown edged red on plan number EM4059.

The plan is available for inspection on the Torbay Council (torbay.gov.uk) website, and by site notices at the location. This notice is given insofar as the land consists or forms part of an open space, being for present purposes any land laid out or used for the purposes of public recreation.

The public should be aware that the Council acting in its capacity as land owner, is minded to grant a lease for the purposes of continuing to provide a seating area for Cantina Restaurant, Youngs Park, Goodrington.

Any objections to the intended disposal must be made in writing and addressed to TDA, Tor Hill House, Union Street, TQ2 5QW or may be sent via email to estates@torbay.gov.uk by no later than 4^th. December 2024.
