(i) the completion of a Section 106 Agreement with clauses to ensure that should the scheme not come forward as a 100% affordable scheme that it should deliver the policy requirement of 30% affordable housing and the suite of sustainable development contributions in respect of transport, greenspace, education, lifelong learning and waste in terms acceptable to the Executive Head of Spatial Planning within six months of the date of this committee or the application be reconsidered by members;
(ii) the imposition of conditions set out in the submitted report;
(iii) further negotiation in relation to frontages, roof tiles and side entrances; and
(iv) details being provided of finished floor levels. |
