The Civic Committee considered a nomination for an Honorary Freeman.

Resolved:

That, having carefully considered the nomination and the supporting information provided, the Committee decided not to recommend to Council to confer the position of Honorary Freeman as the information provided had not demonstrated a sufficient level of ‘service above self’
