The Committee considered an application for the installation of telecommunications monopole with 20m lattice tower with 12 apertures, 4 ground based equipment cabinets, feeders, cables, associated equipment and ancillary works within existing compound. At the meeting the Planning Officer advised the Committee that the text appears in red in the officer report was misprinted and should be disregarded, the Brixham Neighbourhood Plan should be referred to on page 43 and submitted report and that 2 additional objections had been received.
Prior to the meeting, Members of the Planning Committee undertook a site visit and written representations were available on the Council’s Website. At the meeting Rupert Scott addressed the Committee in support of the application.
Resolved:
Approved subject to the conditions set out in the submitted report.
