To review and provide feedback on draft Communication and Consultation Plan for Torbay’s Community Governance Review (updated Communication and Consultation Plan attached).

The Working Party reviewed the draft Community Governance Review Communication and Consultation Plan and made the following comments:

(i)         the submitted communication and consultation plan was recommended for approval by the Director of Corporate Services;

(ii)        leaflets and communications materials to be developed by the Director of Corporate Services in consultation with the Chairman of the Working Party; and

(iii)       the Chairman of the Working Party to attend the Community Partnership Chairs meeting on 14 January 2019 if this is acceptable to the group.

To review and provide feedback on draft Communication and Consultation Plan for Torbay’s Community Governance Review.

At the request of the Chairman, consideration of this item was deferred to enable the Working Party to receive the further information as outlined in Minute 4 above.
