Decision:
That the following elected Members be appointed to the Health and Wellbeing Board:
· Elected Mayor Oliver;
· Executive Lead for Adults and Children – Councillor Parrott;
· Executive Lead for Health and Wellbeing – Councillor Stockman;
· Conservatives – Councillors Barnby and Stubley; and
· Liberal Democrat – Councillor Mandy Darling.
Reasons for the decision:
The Mayor is required to appoint elected Members to the Health and Wellbeing Board each Municipal Year.

None
Implementation:
This decision will come into force and may be implemented on Wednesday, 23 May 2018 unless the call-in procedure is triggered (as set out in Standing Orders in relation to Overview and Scrutiny).
Information:
At the adjourned annual Council meeting held on 14 May 2018 the Council re-appointed the Health and Wellbeing Board and confirmed it’s terms of reference and membership as set out in Appendix 3 to the submitted report.
The elected Mayor is required to confirm the elected Member representation on the Health and Wellbeing Board and his decision is set out above.
