General
1. There must be a notice in the hallway and rooms with the "bar opening hours".
2. The bar must remain closed and locked until stated times.
3. The DPS shall be present for the supply of alcohol or otherwise he shall authorise another to supply under his guidance/supervision.
The Prevention of Crime and Disorder
1. The premises must only be entered by ringing doorbell to allow entry or guests shall have their own key to enter.
2. To prevent sale of alcohol to under 18s ID shall be requested.
3. All bar staff shall be trained to prevent sale of alcohol to under 18s.
Public Safety
1. There shall be a no smoking policy in with entire building with signs in every room.
2. External lights shall come on to illuminate paths and car park.
3. Internal emergency lighting shall be in place.
4. Fire risk assessment must be in place.
5. First aid box must be provided.
The Prevention of Public Nuisance
1. There shall be no bottle disposals to the outside bin area at the premises.
2. External lights shall be set on timers to cease at 2100 hrs.
3. Kitchen shall be vented to prevent noxious/persistent smells.
4. All deliveries shall be during daylight hours.
The Protection of Children From Harm
1. There shall be no cigarette sales.
2. There shall be no AWP machines.
3. The bar door must be locked unless supervised.
4. There shall be a no ID, no sale policy in force.
